Water fountain is leaking. What can be used other than hydro/cement to fix it? - cement fountains

Source of stone and mortar. Leaking and I can not find something that is closed and the other hydro-electric cement or something. Is there something obvious that will be painted throughout the region in order to seal it. I do not want to repoint all the stone work.
